DTDC Express Limited is looking for a Performance Marketing & Digital Analytics Manager to own and scale our full-funnel growth engine. You will drive acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement across digital channels, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.
This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who can manage campaigns end-to-end from execution and tracking setup to analytics and optimization. You will work across paid media, CRM / lifecycle marketing, SEO, and Martech initiatives while collaborating with Inside Sales, Product, Business Development, and Data Engineering teams.
Your key objective : sustainable user and revenue growth across India and international markets through measurable, insight-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute DTDCs performance marketing strategy across paid acquisition, CRM, SEO, and Martech.
- Lead hands-on campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms from setup to optimization.
- Deploy and manage Martech tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms (Salesforce / HubSpot) for campaign tracking, attribution, and automation.
- Own and optimize performance metrics across channels, including budgeting, KPI setting, reporting, and continuous optimization.
- Run A / B tests, experiments, and funnel diagnostics to improve CAC, LTV, and retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to enhance acquisition, conversion, and user journey performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team across performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and Martech operations.
- Create dashboards and forecasting frameworks for attribution modeling and real-time decision-making.
- Lead SEO initiatives to grow qualified organic traffic and brand visibility.
- Support go-to-market campaigns for business expansion and volume growth.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 5 years of experience in performance, growth, or lifecycle marketing with proven results, preferably in fast-paced B2B or eCommerce environments.Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), attribution modeling, and funnel analysis.Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce / HubSpot), automation tools, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).Strong understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation, conversion optimization, and ROI-driven marketing.Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable results.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
