The Manager of RCM Quality and Outcome Improvement is a leadership role requiring 12+ years of relevant Provider RCM experience, including 5+ years at the manager level leading a large RCM delivery team (50-75 FTEs). The core function is to build, mentor, and lead this team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, meet all productivity targets, and deliver the highest standards of overall service and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Build and develop a highly knowledgeable and motivated QOI team to ensure high-quality, timely service delivery and promote an open-door policy with the team, demonstrating an available, hands-on leadership style
Collaborate and communicate with teams across multiple geographical locations to resolve RCM escalations and other RCM business challenges while ensuring compliance with ModMed’s RCM processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed. They will be actively participating in Client escalation discussions.
Providing directional guidance across Teams. Maintain visibility into the team’s projects and provide guidance on RCM best practices to educate team members, improve efficiencies, and provide deliverables in a timely manner. Work closely with the Quality and Training Teams to drive first-rate RCM performance.
Monitoring the quality of deliverables for each Team Member and filling the gaps with appropriate Knowledge sharing is a key responsibility. Manage the distribution of resources and overall productivity of the team.
They will ensure that the production capacity is optimally utilized while running highly efficient operations. Monitor and track all issues raised by teams and ensure they are resolved within the defined timelines while working closely with internal and external Teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Provide industry best practice advice and guidance to process improvement and standardization initiatives. Function as a key stakeholder and leader in these meetings and discussions.
Ensuring a focused approach at the practice level, they will review the Practice KPI Trends and ensure that the team identifies and resolves issues promptly and thoroughly while continuously improving the overall grades. Keep leadership and other key stakeholders informed across the organization of critical findings impacting RCM performance and recommend solutions to improve outcomes.
Closely monitor new client implementations to identify any challenges while simultaneously working with onshore and offshore teams to ensure the required knowledge is shared across teams. Drive Automation initiatives within the team to drive quality and efficiency
Educational qualification :
Bachelor’s preferably in Human Science / Commerce / Business Administration
Experiences, Competencies and Skills :
Previous experience as a Quality and Process Improvement champion and people leader required.
12+ years of relevant working experience in core Provider RCM, of which at least 5 years was at a manager Level leading a Delivery Team of approximately 50 -75 FTEs
deployed across various functions; related certification preferred
Prior experience working with multiple teams across geographies in a professional
setting; experience managing a start-up operation is a plus.

Extensive hands-knowledge of all the workflows and best practices across functions within Physician RCM.Strong communication and presentation skills
