Role Description

We are looking for Operations Research Scientists (2–4 years of experience) and Senior OR Scientists (4–8 years) to join us for a major client engagement. In this role, you will develop large-scale optimization models using advanced OR methodologies to solve complex business problems, analyze systems, and enhance organizational performance.

Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, data analysis, model design, statistical evaluation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to research, develop, and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Develop and validate MILP / LP optimization models for real-world business problems.
• Translate business challenges into clear mathematical formulations.
• Work with leading commercial solvers (Gurobi preferred; CPLEX, AMPL / AIMMS also welcome).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to help architect and support product development.
• Strong understanding of linear, nonlinear, and mixed-integer optimization.
• Hands-on experience in optimization for supply chain, scheduling, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with statistics and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Python / Java / C#.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
