Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform secondary research on wide variety of topics including Industry / Market / Competitor / Company
- Conceive, design and execute secondary research on : Company : business model, segments, revenue model, strategy, issues / challenges, competitive positioning, organization structure, key management, recent developments, SWOT, among others
- Lead generation – Search, validate and provide key personnel contact details
- Target list building – Search and identify targets operating in a specific sector or market
- Summarize and present the findings of the research in a simple and easy understandable format (PPT / Word) for client meeting
- Responsible for the fulfilment of client queries, client requests, and other ad-hoc request
- Individually handle medium to high complex research jobs
- To take ownership of tasks given and demonstrate flexibility in fulfilling assignments
- Continually seeks opportunities to develop domain knowledge and skills
- Organizing and storing data for future research projects
- Diligently follow all operational schedules without any misses
- Active participation in all team related activities like R&R, Team events etc.
- Should demonstrate high professional attitude and discipline while communicating with team management
Skills
4.5+ years of relevant work experience in Secondary research domain, preferably sourcing and analyzing information from free sources / public domain.Experience in preparing Customer / Competitor / Industry profiles (PPT / Word)Good interpersonal skills and ability to mentor others in the team.Good command of the US / UK language, both written and spoken.Positive 'can do' attitude with a curious nature, asking questions to ensure a correct understanding of each research brief.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended.Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Qualifications
Post-Graduate (MBA) from a recognized University.LOCATION
We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.
