Alam by Tulsi Patel is a growing Indian fashion label known for its handcrafted pret and festive wear that blends traditional techniques with modern silhouettes. The brand currently retails through leading multi-designer stores such as Ensemble, Deval's (Ahmedabad), and Anantam (Delhi) and has recently launched its own e-commerce website.
We are expanding both our manufacturing and retail footprint, and are looking for a smart, organised, and dependable Studio / Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the workshop.
Role Summary
You will be the central coordinator for the brand’s studio operations — ensuring orders (Retail & Stores) are produced, packed, and delivered on time, artisans are managed efficiently, and the designer’s creative time is protected from administrative overload.

Key Responsibilities
Order & Production Management
Maintain and update production tracker for all orders (store, website, and exhibition)
Coordinate with karigars, tailors, and fabric vendors
Track raw material procurement, finishing, and delivery timelines
Ensure daily progress and troubleshoot production delays
Admin & Operations
Handle courier dispatches and store logistics
Maintain purchase records, bills, vendor payments (in coordination with accountant)
Manage inward / outward fabric stock and trims
Keep the studio organised and functioning smoothly
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with multi-designer stores for order status, dispatch, and payments
Follow up with vendors and artisans on deadlines
Assist the designer in preparing collections, shoots, and exhibitions
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in fashion production / export house / design studio operations
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based coordination
Strong attention to detail and sense of accountability
Fluency in Hindi & English (and Gujarati if relevant)
