About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive with a strong background in IT Lead Generation and Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in using lead generation tools, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate qualified leads for IT services and staff augmentation through various platforms.
- Identify potential business opportunities via Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, ContactOut , and other tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Manage and update data in CRM tools effectively for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Research, analyze, and target new business opportunities within the IT services domain.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment team to understand requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed lead generation and sales targets.
Requirements :
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in IT Lead Generation and Staff Augmentation .Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ContactOut, Clutch , and CRM tools.Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.Goal-oriented with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Based in Bhopal or willing to relocate.What We Offer :
