Key Responsibilities :
Calendar and Schedule Management :
- Prioritize and manage the CEO's calendar.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and key events.
Communication :
Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the CEO.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Travel Coordination :
Plan and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.Meeting and Event Coordination :
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.Coordinate executive events, workshops, or board meetings as required.Document Preparation :
Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence for boards, investors, and partners.Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all materials.Project Assistance :
Support the CEO in special projects and initiatives by providing research, analysis, and relevant information.Administrative and Financial Support :
Process expense reports and manage budgets.Handle general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office.Confidentiality :
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.Skills Required
