CEO's Office
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai as part of the CEO's Office. The role involves supporting the Senior Leadership in distribution strategy planning, project execution, and cross-functional coordination. Responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research and analysis, creating presentations and reports, tracking key business metrics, interfacing with national sales teams, resolving high-impact issues, and participating in decision-making processes. The role offers exposure to high-level business strategy and the opportunity to work closely with leadership.
Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in insurance, travel, or a similar role
Excellent academic track record in any subject
An MBA is good to have, but not necessary - this role will be as good as a management degree!
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and conduct research.
Project management and organisational skills for handling multiple tasks and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across various functions.
Ability to work really hard in a fast-paced and often unstructured startup environment
