Job description

Enterprise Growth Partner : - Property & Casualty

Exp : 4 yrs

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai

JD : Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial and personal P&C insurance clients across targeted industries and geographies.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, focusing on premium generation and client retention.
  • Identify client needs and risk exposures, and recommend tailored insurance solutions including property, general liability, auto, workers' compensation, and specialty lines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carrier partners to ensure competitive pricing, coverage optimization, and seamless service delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including underwriting, claims, and account management—to ensure high-quality client onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to position the firm's value proposition effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (Certifications like IRDAI, CPCU, or ARM are a plus).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in P&C insurance sales, preferably in a brokerage or carrier environment.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and personal lines insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management practices.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a track record of building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly.
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and a passion for solving client challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
