Growth Marketing is a team of performance-driven marketers and channel specialists. We partner closely with growth, creative, analytics and regional marketing to drive revenue through self-serve and sales motions. We work globally, across all Stripe offerings and with all company segments - from startups to the largest enterprises.

What you'll do

Stripe is seeking a SEO Marketing Manager to support and enhance global SEO initiatives and program operations. This individual will play a key role in growing the SEO program at Stripe, leading the strategy in their respective area in close partnership with the Global SEO Lead. The scope includes leading a cohesive strategy across international markets, performance reporting, and operations.

To provide tailored SEO strategy for each market, you will devise international strategy in partnership with market resources. You will lead the development of frameworks and systems to operate efficiently across regions. In this role, you'll contribute to all pillars of SEO, including content, technical SEO, and offsite SEO. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of cross-functional partners, including Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Localization at Stripe.

Responsibilities

• Content operations (articles and videos) : lead the day-to-day operations with quality and scale. This includes leading the execution of international content roadmaps.
• Content optimization : optimize existing pieces of content to improve performance.
• Content promotion and distribution : develop on-going, and repeatable strategies to promote and distribute content to increase performance.
• Performance reporting : analyze and report on KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities for further enhancement.

In-office expectations

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This expectation may vary depending on role, team and location. For example, Stripes in our Bucharest, Romania site have an 80% in-office expectation, and those in Stripe Delivery Center roles in Mexico City, Mexico and Bengaluru, India work 100% from the office. Also, some teams have greater in-office attendance requirements, to appropriately support our users and workflows, which the hiring manager will discuss. This approach helps strike a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility when possible.
