About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a proactive sales mindset. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities Understand customer needs and present tailored product / service solutions. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct follow-ups on leads and research potential prospects. Track interactions and update pipeline status using CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated. Good understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable making high-volume calls daily Familiarity with sales pipeline and lead-generation tools is a Advantage. Preferred Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho. Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
