More Retail Limited is looking for Talent Sourcing Lead - Dark Stores to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to identify and engage top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Screen and qualify candidates.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in talent sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
