We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join RG Placement Services in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a passion for connecting talent with opportunities. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related field.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.Education
