Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
