As a Program Intern, your primary focus will be to assist the Vertical Lead in strategy implementation and suggesting new ideas and concepts to promote the respective Program that contributes to the growth of our company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Familiarising yourself with the services offered by our company. Promote and market E2E Mentorship Program and its benefits through extensive cold calling, emails, and communication(s) to prospective Colleges, students from PAN India.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective target audiences.
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
You will develop a strategic partnership with the respective TPOs, HOD, and Ambassadors to promote MP.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may interest clients
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Equipping oneself with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations for clients
Attend meetings and take notes as necessary
Meet / Exceed revenue targets by implementing the strategy created.
Specialization and Criteria :
Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
Neat, well-groomed appearance.
Should be flexible in working hours.
Great networking and negotiating skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
Knowledge about any project management tool will be useful
Any additional certification in social media marketing would be advantageous
Desired Skills :
Prior experience in sales and marketing of SaaS products as an Intern will be an added advantage.
Prior Internship experience with any Ed-Tech (B2C) company will be a plus.
Knowledge about any CRM platform will give you an edge over others.
Any additional certification in social media marketing
