This role is perfect for a highly organized and proactive professional who grows with structure, clarity, and accountability. You'll support the large team of Business Services within Content & Omnichannel operations, blending executive support, project management, and operational coordination. Working closely with the Senior Director Business Services Content and Omnichannel Operations and their leadership team, you'll ensure meetings, projects, initiatives, and communications run seamlessly. Accountabilities

In this dynamic role, you'll focus on three core elements :

Owning the PMO (Portfolio Management Office) for C&O Business Services :

• Set up and own portfolio governance and review, recommending tools and templates for the team.
• Develop and optimize reporting templates based on collaborator feedback.
• Coordinate the overall portfolio of team projects, initiatives, and activities, ensuring delivery against objectives, milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure clear visibility of activity status and address potential risks early.
• Archive and evaluate project outcomes to optimize future processes.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings and events, recording decisions and generating timely reports.
