Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for the position of Instagram Manager. The Instagram Manager will be responsible for managing the company's Instagram account to drive engagement, content creation, and strategy. Key tasks include creating high-quality, visually appealing content, planning and executing content calendars, analyzing audience behavior, optimizing posts for growth, and staying updated on Instagram trends and algorithms. The manager will work collaboratively with designers and other team members to maintain a consistent brand voice and strengthen our online community.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Instagram Content Strategy, Audience Engagement, and Growth Optimization
• Experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and creating reels / stories for social media
• Knowledge of Analytics and Data Interpretation to assess performance and KPIs
• Strong Copywriting, Caption Writing, and Visual Storytelling abilities
• Attention to detail and a creative eye to enhance compelling visual content
• Familiarity with Social Media Management Tools and Scheduling Platforms
• Past experience in building social media communities is a plus
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to capitalize on trends and audience expectations
