Key Responsibilities :
- Source and recruit OPT, CPT, F1, H1B, and STEM extension candidates through universities, job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong database of OPT candidates and track follow-ups.
- Post advertisements on university sites, job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.), and social platforms.
- Facilitate H1B transfers and project transfers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth onboarding of consultants.
- Negotiate compensation packages, pay rates (C2C, W2, 1099), and relocation benefits.
- Stay updated on hot IT skills and industry hiring trends.
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met for employment eligibility.
- Work closely with sales teams and account managers to fulfill client hiring needs.
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in OPT / CPT recruiting and US Staffing.Strong understanding of visa regulations (OPT, CPT, H1B, STEM extensions, EADs, etc.).Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to work in night shifts.Familiarity with US hiring tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.Skills Required
