Key Responsibilities and DutiesManage delivery of multiple projects or a large program meeting requirements, quality, and timeline objectives defined in the SOW(s)Define a program plan covering scope, timeline, resources, risk, and controls; track the same and work towards the program plan by removing impedimentsEnsure program objectives are always aligned with customer / stakeholder objectivesEnsure consistency of processes, best practices, and metrics across projectsPrepare and share monthly or quarterly program status reports with stakeholdersContribute / collaborate with Practices and innovation units to create and evangelize solutions and market it to the clients with pros and cons and enable decision-makingContribute to presales and marketing activities as requiredLead projects team members by creating an environment of trust & accountability and develop a performing team by removing conflictsBe a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for multiple projectsDemonstrate the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactionsSkill and Qualification
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects and work streams within a customer account
- Identify stakeholders and manage them through influencing and negotiating
- Milestone planning, change management, statistical quality control, root cause analysis
- Conflict resolution, team building, people engagement, leadership, resource, and performance management
- Financial analysis, understanding of budget, earned value, and GP
- Ability to work with MS Project, MS Excel, and JIRA
- Ability to prioritize from within competing issues at hand and drive closure of issues
- Ability to collaborate with various delivery units and practices and evolve strategies and solutions to be able to explain through value-for-money propositions
- Ability to collaborate and synergize best practices and solutions from various accounts and practices
- Have a certification PMI ACP, PMI PMP or Agile Scrum
- Good to have : presentation of papers
