Job Description :
Aditya Group is looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to oversee the expansion and quality management of preschools and K-12 schools within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network, ensuring high standards, and supporting school operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard new K-12 schools by generating leads through campaigns and networking.
- Conduct due diligence for potential franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and affiliating bodies compliances.
- Prepare DPR, Catchment Analysis and feasibility study for the proposed location.
- Visit schools regularly to monitor quality and compliance.
- Plan and coordinate marketing activities to enhance school visibility and admissions.
- Supervise marketing events, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between schools and the corporate office for operational support.
- Implement and execute growth strategies for new schools.
- Ensure all services are effectively planned, delivered, and evaluated to meet school requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Minimum 7-10 years of experience in franchise sales within the education industry.Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with schools and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.Should have fair understanding of various models of K12.Should have fair experience in excelShould have fair understanding of CBSE / ICSE compliances
