About the Role

The School of Food Technology is seeking an experienced and dedicated ‘Assistant Professor’ to strengthen its academic and research programs. The incumbent will be responsible for teaching diverse courses in Food Technology at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supporting with the research program, and contributing to the overall academic administration of the school. This is a critical faculty role requiring a blend of pedagogical excellence, significant research productivity, and a minimum of five years of teaching experience.

Responsibilities

Teaching and Instruction :

• Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and seminars for undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Food Technology.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and laboratory manuals to maintain academic rigor and relevance.
• Mentor and supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships.
• Evaluate student performance through various assessment methods.
