About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a solid understanding of product development (preferably in the aviation industry ). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.

Mode : In-office preferred (Noida) , Remote can be considered
Timings : 9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and Manage the Product Backlog

Create and maintain a clear list of product features and improvements (backlog).

Prioritize tasks based on business goals and user needs.

Make sure all items are detailed and ready for the development team to work on.

2. Communicate the Product Vision

Clearly explain the product’s purpose, goals, and direction to the team and stakeholders.

Ensure everyone understands what the product aims to achieve and why it matters.

3. Manage Stakeholders

Be the main link between the business, customers, and development team.

Gather feedback, understand priorities, and balance expectations across all stakeholders.

4. Ensure Value Delivery

Make sure each development sprint delivers real value to the business and end users.

Review progress, collect feedback, and adjust priorities as needed to keep the product on track

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of overall experience , with at least 2 years in product development or product ownership.

Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle , from idea to delivery.

Preferably experience in the aviation industry or related domain.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .

Ability to analyze data, set priorities , and make decisions that align with business objectives.

Comfortable working with international teams , especially in the UK time zone.
