Job descriptionCA qualified with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (mandatory) 7-10 years of overall experience, preferably in the IT industry Working knowledge or experience with Zoho Books is an added advantage Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficient in GST and Tax compliance Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and other financial applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Proven track record in achieving performance targets and delivering result
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and effective delivery of financial functions.
- Oversee accurate processing of financial transactions and uphold financial data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and other tax-related obligations.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Deliver periodic management reports to senior leadership.
