Job descriptionCollaborate closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components via RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Contribute to architectural decisions and technical discussions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards. Implement unit and integration tests to maintain high code reliability. Optimize front-end performance for speed and efficiency. Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. Actively engage in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Provide mentorship to junior developers. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and the MERN stack. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and technical knowledge. 5+ years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on React.js. Proven experience in building and implementing design systems. Expertise in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles. Strong knowledge of UX / UI principles, with the ability to translate designs into functional interfaces. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and back-end integration. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library. Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js. Familiarity with MongoDB. Knowledge of GraphQL. Experience with CI / CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Webpack or similar build tools. Experience with UI component libraries. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
