Position : Trainee / Intern Trainee : No stipend Intern : +5000(Food voucher) Duration : 3 / 6MONTHS PPO : 3.5 LPA – 6 LPA (Performance Based)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with product managers, UI / UX designers, and fellow developers to design and implement robust software solutions.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives during the project implementation phase.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring optimal performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using NodeJS to support frontend functionalities.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain code quality standards.
  • Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and development challenges.
  • Work with databases to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development processes.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB).
  • Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM roles, VPC configurations, and OAuth authentication.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on expertise in NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Familiarity with NodeJS frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS) and design patterns (e.g., Microservices, MVC, Middleware).
  • Strong understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
  • Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Solid knowledge of database systems, SQL, and data modelling.
  • Experience in writing quality SQL stored procedures and scripts.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent understanding of OWASP security standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Visual Studio and related IDE tools.

    • Education & Certification : Bachelor’s or associate degree in IT or related disciplines.

  • Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
  • Assist developers in analysing and resolving technical issues.
  • Prepare technical manuals, specifications, and other documentation.

  • Develop, refine, and optimize integrations between applications.
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of technical requirements.
