Operations Associate

We at Astrotalk are looking for a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our internal operations team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the management team on an assigned operations project
• Oversee end-to-end operational workflows , ensuring smooth planning, execution, and delivery
• Conduct detailed research to identify gaps, opportunities, and best practices for process improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely outcomes
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend actionable, improvements
