Associate

Job objective :

To support Lokmitra Ventures Pvt. Ltd.'s multi-domain projects by providing efficient operational, administrative, and coordination assistance. The Associate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain accurate records, assist in research and reporting, and contribute to project deliverables with professionalism, adaptability, and a tech-savvy approach.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations, documentation, and data management across departments.
• Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for preparing reports, presentations, and analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Conduct research, gather information, and assist in the preparation of business or project reports.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and project documentation for operational and management purposes.
• Participate in team meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives, troubleshooting challenges, and implementing efficiency measures.
• Engage in learning sessions and apply new skills to enhance project outcomes.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain professional conduct, and demonstrate punctuality.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and support management in completing ad-hoc assignments.
