Business Development Executive – FMCG | Dr.WELLNESSON

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 0–2 years (MBA Freshers Welcome)

Qualification : MBA (Marketing preferred, Batch 2022 onwards)

Role Overview

This is a purely Business Development & Sales role where you’ll be the face of Dr.WELLNESSON — expanding our retail footprint, driving sales, and building long-term relationships with store owners and distributors.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new retail outlets, supermarkets & premium wine marts.
  • Conduct product sampling, in-store activations & promotional campaigns.
  • Hire, train, and manage on-ground brand promoters for product visibility.
  • Maintain store-level dashboards (sales, inventory, placement, and promoter performance).
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and marketing teams.
  • Work on CRM tools, Excel reports, and contribute to market research and competitor tracking.

Ideal Candidate

  • MBA (Marketing specialization preferred, 2022 onwards).
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory).
  • Prior internship or exposure to FMCG sales preferred.
  • Passionate, self-driven, and ready for on-field work.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
