JOB OVERVIEW
Stories by Nomads is looking for a proactive and research-oriented LinkedIn Lead Nomad to identify and qualify business opportunities for our creative production services — including video production, video content, ad films, brand films, corporate films and branded content . The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of LinkedIn networking and an eye for spotting relevant 'call-out' posts where companies are seeking production partners or agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- LinkedIn Research & Prospecting
- Search and track call-out posts and opportunities where brands, agencies, or individuals are looking for—Video Production Agencies, Video Content Agencies, Creative Content Agencies, Film Production Houses, Ad-Film Production, Corporate Film Production, Digital Film Production and Branded Content Production.
- Use advanced search filters, hashtags (#videoagencyneeded, #videoproductionagencyneeded, #videocontentagencyneeded, #creativecontentagencyneeded, #brandfilm, #adfilmproduction, #digitalfilm, #brandedcontent, #corporatefilm, etc.), and relevant groups to identify new leads.
- Maintain and regularly update a database of prospects with contact details, company information, and project requirements.
- Lead Qualification & Outreach
- Analyse posts and company profiles to evaluate project fit and potential.
- Initiate first-level engagement by commenting, reacting, or directly messaging prospects in a professional and value-driven manner directly on LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with internal sales or business development teams to route qualified leads.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Create weekly reports summarising identified opportunities, responses, and lead quality.
- Track ongoing conversations and update CRM or lead tracker tools.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on current trends, production houses, and creative agencies hiring for ad films, video production, digital films, branded content, corporate films or photography.
- Monitor competitor activity on LinkedIn to identify potential collaborations or client gaps.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing, Advertising or related field.1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, preferably in the creative, advertising, or production industry.Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean search strings, and other prospecting tools.Excellent written communication and English proficiency.Understanding of video production, ad filmmaking, creative and production workflows (preferred).Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, or Google Sheets-based trackers).Highly organised, detail-oriented, and target-driven.REMUNERATION
