Responsible for business development of financial products viz. Equity, Derivatives, Currency.

Experience in Government Sector Liaisoning for financial products

Responsible for managing assigned business activities, initiatives and related operations to achieve business plans and profitability of the branch.

Preparing monthly MIS reports.

Build and sustain a mature and knowledgeable team.

Create environment to foster team work, professional development, and high level of employee satisfaction.

Lead and build multiple Financial Products brand like - Derivatives, Commodities, Arbitrage, RTA, Initial Public Offer (IPO), Depository Participant & Mutual Funds performance driven culture of integrity and compliance.

Take ownership of customer satisfaction opportunities and drive loyalty strategies to grow.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines
• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, NSE / BSE, and other regulatory standards.
• Monitor trading activities and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular audits for operational transparency and compliance.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
