We are now looking for a  Head of Strategy  who will work directly with the Founder–CEO to shape the next chapter of our institution’s growth, impact, and value creation.

This role is for someone who thinks boldly, moves fast, and operates with precision and intent.

What You Will Lead

• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founder on strategy, growth, and high-impact decisions.
• Translate vision into scalable business, product, marketing, and revenue outcomes.
• Build frameworks that strengthen our global brand, enhance shareholder value, and accelerate growth.
• Identify and execute new opportunities across markets, partnerships, and business lines.
• Drive strategic alignment across leadership—ensuring clarity, discipline, and accountability.
• Partner with product and technology teams to shape impactful, tech-led solutions for learners and families.
