  • Position :
  • CSR Manager & HR
  • Location :
  • Delhi (Work from Home + Event Visits)
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • ⿡ CSR Funding & Marketing (Primary Role) :
  • Identify and approach corporate partners for CSR funding.
  • Conduct marketing activities (events, LinkedIn, outreach) to generate leads.
  • Meet clients, present proposals, and achieve funding targets.
  • ⿢ CSR Project Management :
  • Plan and execute CSR activities and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with partners and prepare reports with photos / videos.
  • ⿣ HR Operations :
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain HR records and support training initiatives.
  • Requirements :
  • Experience in CSR fundraising & HR operations
  • (mandatory)
  • Based in
  • Delhi
  • (mandatory)
  • Graduate (MBA preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings & events
