AI Governance and Ethics Lead

Exp range : 6 to 7 years

Location : BengaluruProduct Ownership / Product Management , ideally with exposure to AI / ML products and UI / UX design .

• Proven experience defining AI governance frameworks or Responsible AI product standards .
• Strong understanding of explainability techniques (e.G., SHAP, LIME) and how to communicate model reasoning through UX.
• Experience collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to develop human-centered interfaces.
• Familiarity with AI regulations and ethics standards (EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST AI RMF).
• Solid grounding in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
