Full Stack Engineer

Job descriptionAWS Kafka Design and Development : ◦ Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and React for the front-end. ◦ Build robust back-end services using Node.js, Java and Spring Boot. ◦ Design and optimize databases using MySQL and PostgreSQL. ◦ Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS. ◦ Integrate and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka. Collaboration : ◦ Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. ◦ Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. ◦ Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications. Problem Solving : ◦ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack. ◦ Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. ◦ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our tech stack. Leadership : ◦ Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. ◦ Lead by example in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. ◦ Contribute to the architectural decisions and technical strategy of the team. (for candidates with 7+yrs experience)
