About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in backend technologies like Java, Node.js, Python and frontend frameworks like Angular and React . The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing and developing scalable applications, working with NoSQL databases , and delivering high-quality solutions. You will be part of a fast-paced engineering team, contributing to both technical design and hands-on coding.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, performant, and secure web applications.

Work across the full stack : backend (Java, Node.js, Python) and frontend (Angular, React).

Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks for both frontend and backend.

Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and microservices.

Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.) and optimize data structures.

Collaborate with product managers, UI / UX designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, CI / CD, and cloud deployment.

Lead and mentor junior engineers, review code, and provide technical guidance.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and propose adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Backend Skills :

Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) .

Experience with Node.js (Express.js, Nest.js preferred).

Knowledge of Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).

Frontend Skills :

Hands-on experience with Angular and React.js .

Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Databases :

Expertise in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra).

Working knowledge of SQL databases is a plus.

Architecture & DevOps :

Experience in designing scalable microservices-based architecture .

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) .

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines .

Other Skills :

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Optional) :

Experience with GraphQL , WebSockets, or event-driven systems.

Familiarity with performance tuning, caching strategies, and distributed systems.

Experience in Agile / Scrum development practices.
