Job descriptionManage and organize the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings. Handle DMs, follow-ups, and client communication on behalf of the team. Maintain and organize digital files, reports, and contact lists. Assist in coordinating team tasks, deadlines, and project updates. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role. Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Google Workspace. Basic understanding of SEO, social media advertising, and content strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Familiarity with and professional networking platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Create and schedule social media posts (, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) using tools like Canva and scheduling platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages on social platforms in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist with basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Help set up and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Ads).
- Edit short-form videos or reels using basic editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Support marketing reports, presentations, and campaign performance tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.
