Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is eager to learn, explore, and contribute across multiple marketing verticals — from digital campaigns to content creation and social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create, edit, and manage engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, reels, posts, etc.).
- Manage and schedule content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Support Performance Marketing efforts including paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Conduct basic SEO research and optimization for website and content.
- Collaborate on Public Relations (PR) activities and outreach campaigns.
- Analyze engagement metrics and prepare marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Required Skills & Technologies
Video Editing Tools : Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.Content Management : WordPress / Notion / HubSpot or equivalent platforms.Performance Marketing : Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics.SEO : Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics.Social Media : In-depth understanding of all major platforms — their trends, algorithms, and content formats.Public Relations : Familiarity with outreach, brand collaborations, and press coordination.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (or pursuing).6 months to 1 year of hands-on marketing experience (internship or project-based).Strong creative mindset with attention to detail and brand aesthetics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Eagerness to learn and take ownership of projects.What We Offer
