About the Role
The role involves leading research on the 55–65 cohort and translating insights into actionable programs aimed at supporting career / life transitions and tackling ageism.
Our early focus is on two priority cohorts :
- Seasoned Citizens (55–65 years) : Reimagining ageing from care to contribution.
- Armed Forces Veterans (Officers) : Supporting smoother transitions into civilian life and unlocking their unique skills for India’s growth story.
Responsibilities
Lead research on the 55–65 cohort and translate insights into actionable programs.Design and implement interventions that support career / life transitions, tackle ageism, and enable enriched living.Build and manage partnerships across the ecosystem to co-create cohort-focused solutions.Deliver programs on time and within scope; monitor impact and adapt as needed.Represent company in forums, publish thought pieces, and advocate for India’s longevity agenda.Engage and mobilize Seasoned Citizens as champions of enriched living.Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Management, Gerontology, or related fields (PhD an advantage, not essential).10+ years’ experience working directly (including research and academia roles) in longevity, aging, active aging, or related fields (life transitions, retirement readiness, elder engagement, enriched living).Required Skills
Strong research orientation — comfortable exploring and interpreting research in the subject, and leveraging it to identify and drive meaningful interventions.Familiarity with the ageing space in India, with an existing network of practitioners, experts, and entities working in this area.Proven track record in intervention design, delivery, and partnerships.Strong advocacy, influencing, and communication skills, and tech competencies.Preferred Skills
