What You Will Do

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Project Engineer to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems for multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HVAC design and implementation, as well as the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and client specifications while adhering to the principles of P&L management and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management : Lead, manage, and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project budgets.
• Installation & Commissioning : Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring that all systems are installed according to specifications, meet industry standards, and are fully functional before handover.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Ensure all HVAC systems are tested thoroughly for functionality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Perform inspections and resolve any issues that arise during the testing phase.
• Progress Monitoring : Monitor the progress of multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is progressing as planned and that any issues are addressed promptly to prevent delays.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each project, including project schedules, progress reports, installation logs, and test reports. Prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks to the project timeline, quality, or budget, and proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Vendor & Supplier Management : Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for HVAC system installations. Monitor the quality of materials and services provided by vendors.
