The Team & Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Educational Content Creator to join our Global Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, expertise, and customer-focused mindset, with a proven track record of producing high-quality educational content. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, producing & editing engaging learning materials that elevate the educational experience for our clients. A deep understanding of educational principles and methodologies, coupled with strong writing skills, is essential.

Responsibilities And Impact :

• Content Development : Design and create high-quality educational materials, including lesson plans, online courses, instructional videos, articles, FAQs and interactive resources.
• Multimedia Production : Leverage various multimedia tools and technologies to create interactive and engaging digital content, producing high-quality videos, animations, podcasts, and simulations. This includes scripting, storyboarding, recording, editing, and post-production processes.
• Instructional Design : Utilize recognized methodologies such as ADDIE and Kirkpatrick to rapidly develop and publish engaging course content and learning activities that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Learning Experience Design : Possess deep understanding of Learning Experience Design (LXD), User Experience (UX), and instructional design best practices. Utilize instructional design methodologies to create learner-centered experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Collaboration : Partner with subject matter experts, CX Designers and the Customer Success team to analyze learning requirements and design curricula that ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Feedback Analysis : Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to continually enhance content effectiveness and engagement.
