Your playground

Data-Driven : Track funnels, retention, and engagement to find insights that move the product forward.

Experimentation First : Design and run A / B tests, measure outcomes, and turn results into learnings for the team.

Feature Builder : Work with Tech and Design to ship user-facing features that are fast, clean, and useful.

Feature Marketer : Partner with Growth and CX so that every feature is discovered, and adopted.

Execution : Break down requirements, manage timelines, and ensure features launch with speed and polish.

Voice of User : Bring feedback and insights from customers directly into the product roadmap.

Must-have skills

Comfort with data : SQL, Excel, or analytics tools. Ability to interpret funnels and retention curves.

Understanding of A / B testing, experimentation frameworks, and how to evaluate results.

Grasp of product sense and UX basics.

Ability to write crisp product requirement docs.

Strong communication skills to collaborate across Tech, Design, Growth, and CX.

Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn fast.
