Senior Recruiter

About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Recruiter with 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong stakeholder relationships, and can strategically source and close top talent across diverse functions. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, through to offer negotiation and onboarding.- Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods.- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.- Ensure data accuracy in ATS and provide regular reporting / updates to stakeholders.- Drive diversity hiring initiatives and implement best practices in inclusive recruitment.- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and salary benchmarking.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).- 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a mix of corporate and / or agency environments.- Proven track record managing high-volume requisitions and filling niche roles (technical or non-technical).- Strong experience with ATS (Workday, Greenhouse, BrassRing, iCIMS, or similar).- Excellent sourcing skills and comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements in recruiting.About Brickred Systems : Brickred Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
