We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Relationship Manager to drive supplier acquisition and revenue growth for a key location.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the logistics or transportation sector and a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
This role is crucial for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with fleet owners and transporters, turning partnerships into sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Relationship Management :
- Develop and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with fleet owners and transporters within your assigned location.
- You will be the primary point of contact for all their business needs.
Business Growth :
You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding supplier sign-up and revenue targets.This involves strategically upselling and cross-selling value-added services to existing partners to drive significant revenue growth.Strategic Collaboration :
Use your expertise in fleet operations to understand the needs of your partners, providing them with solutions that genuinely enhance their business and contribute to their Development :Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.Experience in business development, key account management, or a similar B2B sales role is essential.Industry Knowledge :
Strong understanding of the logistics, transportation, and fleet management sectors.Communication :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective business relationships.Experience & Education :
