About the Role :
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our staffing and recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new clients, developing strong relationships, and offering customized recruitment solutions that meet their workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients across industries.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.
Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close business deals.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Human Resources (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve targets and manage multiple client accounts.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation.
