Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Back Office Manager. The Back Office Manager will oversee and streamline day-to-day back-office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure efficient coordination across departments. Responsibilities include supervising documentation, handling finance-related processes, and supporting operations management to maintain compliance and productivity. This role requires collaborative communication with team members to support the organization's financial advisory services and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Back Office Operations and Operations Management
• Effective Communication skills for clear team and client interactions
• Basic to advanced knowledge in Finance to assist with financial processes and compliance
• Proficiency in Office Administration for streamlining organizational efficiency
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in financial services or back-office management is a plus
