Human Resources Manager

Role Overview :

The HR & Resource Manager will oversee both human resource operations and resource management for Forge Alumnus programs and initiatives. The role combines people management, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency to ensure the right talent and external expertise are engaged, retained, and optimally utilized.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Resource Management

• Identify, onboard, and allocate mentors, advisors, speakers, and judges for programs and events.
• Maintain and update a structured database of industry experts, alumni, and institutional partners.
• Forecast and manage resource requirements for upcoming activities.
• Coordinate logistics, confirmations, and backup arrangements for events and sessions.

Qualification & Skills :

Location : Onsite (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Saturday)
