Role & responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound & outbound international calls (US / UK customers)
  • Provide customer support with empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and high CSAT scores
  • Manage escalations and resolve queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate call logs and customer records

Requirements :

  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Strong customer handling skills & active listening
  • Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge & typing skills
  • Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
  • Skills Required
