Role & responsibilities :
- Handle inbound & outbound international calls (US / UK customers)
- Provide customer support with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and high CSAT scores
- Manage escalations and resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
