Team Overview
KKR's Global Investment Operations team supports the firm's day-to-day middle-office and back-office operations that drive business decisions and long-term success. The team collaborates closely with KKR's Investment Data Operations and Controllership teams to ensure accurate processing and reporting of the investments.
Position Summary
The role is responsible for collaborating with various groups within the firm to support asset servicing of investments and finalization of Gross Asset Value (GAV). The team functions at a high level in a fast-paced environment, consistently collaborating with our finance team, data team members and external agents and counterparties. The role is responsible for performing and overseeing the day-to-day activities performed by the team, hiring, training, and establishing priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Hands on experience with asset servicing, processing principal activities like Drawdown, Paydown.
- Processing upcoming activities, contract modifications as per the agent's notices.
- Reconcile cash, positions and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for break resolution.
- Liaise with the Credit Finance teams to ensure appropriate accounting, reporting, operational controls are met and month end trial balance match for NAV finalization
- Operate independently to develop and execute procedures for tracking portfolio investments in multibillion dollar funds
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality, consistency, and accuracy standards
- Monitor the execution of all tasks (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by other teams
- Manage performance of the team and mentor with corrective actions
- Verbalize and drive process improvement including collaborating with the global teams
- Liaise with global teams and support ongoing projects, system integration, perform UAT, as needed
Stakeholder Management
