Operational Leader

As a key organizational leader, you will be responsible for scaling our human resources operations and culture engine. This role combines operational leadership, employee experience design, and culture stewardship across the organization.

Responsibilities include overseeing core HR services : onboarding, policy guidance, performance management, and lifecycle support. You will champion a values-driven culture rooted in autonomy, agility, and integrity.

Lead employee engagement, retention, and learning and development initiatives that drive morale and career growth. Act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.

Standardize workflows and drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy. Use operational metrics, feedback loops, and service data to continuously improve delivery.
