Position : Senior Project Manager (Real Estate)

Location : Mumbai, with extensive local travel to project sites, regulatory offices, service provider offices, etc.

Qualification : B.Arch

Experience : 10+ Years

About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level professional to join our Real Estate Development Division. The individual will provide technical leadership and support across design, feasibility, and project execution, ensuring projects are optimized both from a compliance and commercial perspective.

This is a pivotal role that demands a strong grasp of real estate development technicalities, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with a wide network of consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Feasibility & Compliance

• Conduct detailed feasibility analysis, including FSI calculations under DCPR 2034 and other applicable schemes.
• Ensure projects comply with all statutory regulations across BMC, MOEF, CFO, Civil Aviation, and other authorities.

Design & Planning

Consultant & Vendor Management

Project Leadership

Education : Architect / Civil Engineer.

Experience : Minimum 10 years with mid-sized architect firms or mid-sized developers.

Technical Competence :

Project Experience : Hands-on exposure to multi-storied building projects (residential and / or commercial).
