US IT Recruiter (Immediate Start)

Position Title : US IT Recruiter

Experience : 0-1 Years

Responsibilities :

• Be a part of the TA team with Accelerated Hiring Motto.
• Handle a variety of job requirements from different clients.
• Manage full-cycle Recruiting : source, screen, interview and onboard candidates
• Sourcing candidates from Job Portal.
• Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
• Must be able to screen, select or reject a candidate based on previous employment to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change, negotiate salary etc.
• Understanding the client requirements
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates and the hiring team.
• Keep yourself updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
